Yes, the link provided suggests that vaccination has prevented 4,500 deaths and at least 20,000 cases of encephalitis due to measles. I find it peculiar when people downplay the effectiveness of vaccines.

I think it's fantastic. The only negatives I've seen have been from the chattering Threads/Facebook commenters who are either pissed of that "nothing happens" or are obsessed with the "puzzle" of the alien virus, not realising it's just a McGuffin.
