Trump just escalated his war on federal unions—stripping workers of collective bargaining rights and putting public services at risk.

As @maximillianalvarez.bsky.social reports for the Working People Podcast, this is an attack on both workers and the public.

We collect money for public services at tax time.

Why spend transit employee effort on a second round that just slows boarding?

Why treat transit differently from public schools, libraries or public parks?
Zohran Mamdani explains that thousands and thousands of New Yorkers are already eligible for free and reduce public transportation, but because of the bureaucratic hurdles they never get enrolled in the program.
