It makes sense, but I never realized that the bike trail from downtown to OCC and Manitou is just a rails-to-trails paving of the Denver & Rio Grande railroad tracks.

every 3-4 years when they are cleaning it the authorities allow visitors into the #lodz waterworks.
They are pretty fussy about security (I guess rightly so) but they do allow pictures.

I think Mastodon's proposal for starter packs is a significant positive evolution of the way Bluesky rolled them out. I wound up on a bunch of packs there and it was…not a great thing for my specific brain and purpose.
