I don't even know what to do at this point! i can't find a way to talk to a human person! the website does not work! i tried the website chat both and it told me due to "Covid 19 ???" it's experiencing high volume and can't answer my questions (which were prompts from the drp down it provided to me)

every time i've checked it the NY unemployment website has been down, so I decided to call the number and after 15 minutes the robot on the call directed me to the last step which was -- you guessed it -- the website that does not work
