I teach for the next generation, not the old one. Adapting my language to get the point accross is the whole point, not the please my superiors and whatnot.

For a lot of people in the world, sex is not to be spoken about. And so they get no sexual education.
If messing up one one can get a much needed message to their ears, i would 100% do it.

Look, all the information is already at your disposal. The spelling in videos is to garner attention, avoid censorship or demonetization (which does happen) and also a trend, good or not.
