Tamar Lortkipanidze, who climbed onto a police car during the Oct 22 protest, has been charged with assault and damage to a police vehicle - offenses punishable by 4-7 years in prison. Prosecutors say the damage amounts to 3,300 GEL (€1045) and are seeking her detention.
