Fusion cuisine tonight : Toad in the Hole with Italian Sausages and batter/onion gravy made with Italian beer and a good shake of the Henderson’s bottle. Not a complete success - the batter was too heavy - but the sausages and gravy were good. It‘s a fun thing to make and eat.
