IDW’s new payment plan for creators is exposure? If this is true that per-page budget is insanity.

Don't ever sign a contract with Golden Bell/Golden Liberty Comics. Their entire business model is either tricking you into working for no pay with no contract or getting you to sign a contract with hidden clauses that allow them to destroy you financially and take everything from you.
