It's pretty convincing, tbh. The only real tip-off is that Twitch would NEVER be this generous. Oh, and it comes from a Gmail address.

they even did an xray to make sure it wasn't my lungs or heart to be safe, Thankfully my insurances covers ER visits
ended up going to ER today,i sneezed hard ,& something felt off & it hurt to breath,i thought i was having a heart attack,turns out my acid reflux shot up my throat when i sneezed & causd a terrible burning pain in the middle of my chest/throat & some upper back pain.false alarm,they gave me tylenol
