Yes, I think we probably agree on most of what we're discussing. I think you made a fundamental misstep by using the word "belief" which can cause some seriously bad communicative outcomes (eg this whole interaction) where people think they are congruent, which they are not.

If you want to restate your original claim *without* the use of belief, then I imagine we can agree to some extent on what you're saying about neoliberalism. If you'd raather hold tightly to "belief," I'd like to know what they're dependent upon...if not principles?

Please show me where it says in that article that Reagan and Thatcher utilized anything even close to Marxist principles.

This is a Marxist analysis *of* Reagan and Thatcher, not their adherence to Marxism. Those are two of the most anti-Marxist people you can find. So, I think you're confused.

I don't think that 'left-wing' or 'right-wing' are particularly helpful epithets.

Ronald Raygun and Maggie Thatcher were very Marxist in their beliefs. Even if they used Marxist analysis to exacerbate, rather than ameliorate, the consequences of capital, and oligarchs.

I didn’t write it and don’t agree necessarily with the insulting tonality. The sentiment that the No Kings protests don’t actually accomplish anything substantive since they don’t disrupt the flows of capital is fundamentally a correct one though, imo.
