2.5hrs of briefings and CPD session on musculoskeletal injuries.
Then to watch some Vera so I can better understand the locals. Not sure if I can write a reflection on that bit though.

Post Christmas walk around #lichfield.
Lots of very excited deer at Pipe Green. Had venison pie after we finished.
Only disappointment was coming to a fence across the path at Curborough with a sign from Staffordshire County Council saying the footpath would reopen 4 months ago!
