Sometimes it’s just too easy. Trump only hires people he can blackmail. This is underscored by using private security to “vet” his cabinet picks whereby only he will have the info that he can wave in their faces if they don’t do as he instructs … no matter how illegal.

There is NO reason for skipping FBI background checks for cabinet appointments other than the fact that you know they wouldn't pass.
