Lumber vertebrae in my back are fucked, crumbling due to old injury and hereditary arthritis. Dr prescribed Pentanol for 3 days as pain was so bad. Took the patch of after a day as it made me want to vomit. Buggered if I know how people get addicted to this shit….

Just got back to Spain from Scotland. Went to watch the Wallabies at Murrayfield, have to admit they,the Scott’s deserved the win they were better on the day.All in in all a good week with my son..just wondering though why 5 degrees Celsius seems colder in Scotland than in Spain…😉👍

Still heaps of apples and pears. My ancestors would be placing them one by one in the dark shed so that any rot doesn’t spread. Vitamins through the winter months. I’ll just stew, spice and freeze. And I’ll still not get through them all.
