My friend had a podcast where his guests revisit something from their childhood to see how it holds up and this was one I took on there.
I’m not gonna say it holds up flawlessly, but as a kids adventure movie, it holds together pretty well. Bonus: theres some really solid cinematography throughout

Green screen sets and the stupid Volume bullshit have become so commonplace that watching “Black Rabbit” was refreshing to watch just for the fact that it was obviously filmed on location and on actual sets.
