If you got the oral vax (I got an oral booster in 1982, when they lived in Canada, some countries still use them) get your measles titers checked. I had mine checked last year when there was a measles outbreak upstate from us and they're fine.

I so relate to this. I don't have non-24, I have delayed-phase sleep disorder, but I need Ambien to get any sleep at all. Without it I just sort of sit there until I crash and nothing does any good.

So I do this every year. (I have no idea if she picks up on it or not, because I also refuse to speak directly to her. She irritates me.)

It's just so bothersome, and it keeps happening like this. It's a massive game of pass the buck with the military, and they can't be bothered to fix what's wrong with it. *shakes head*

That's because the US has this big 'there be dragyns here' wall around it concerning news coverage about anything that's not in or directly concerning the US. One of the most aggravating things about the place.
