I have heard this is a wonderful book. Thanks Hugo. One day I must take a step away for some days, and just read it.

Happily, in the rural area of County Cork where I'm housesitting, there are insects all over the place.... even in February. But your points are sadly true generally.

This is sad. Important observations to take up with your neighbors and the 'associations agricoles locales' and encourage discussion if these conversations are not already underway. Maybe this is one place to start: www.arc2020.eu/france-local...

I'd add, those Indigenous human cultural bridges and culture-keepers - those brought up in ancient civilizations without too much corruption by 'western ways.' @Mindahi Bastida and Ilarion 'Kuuyux' Merculieff, and my closer friend tsi'tsisqwal al qwal (Lora Pennington) are amongst these leaders.

Welcome Caroline!
We often feel we're living in a plate of risk spaghetti - making sense of it all, and drawing out the root causes, is the essence of societal and governance preparedness.

Love to talk sometime.

Last year was the international year of coops! And ours - in my old, sadly abandoned hometown in the USA - was embracing this solution more vigorously, and irresistably, than ever.

It is painful and hard to avoid the conclusion that the governments cracking down violently on peaceful protesters of genocide are those fmr Commonwealth countries, or the hub, whose values and theft of other lands caused this mess (and others) in the 1st place. Absolutely unacceptable in humanity.

It's a hard time to be a parent - with my two girls Ive been focusing on empowerment and agency. One has embraced that zealously. One is still avoiding it. But they will both get there.

Yes, AND men who lead with the same values.

I've been lucky to work with incredible men who lead with vision, humility, purpose. I'm married to one. But wise leadership has never been important than now, and the initiatives that build it. Thanks Hugo for this+Rachel's interview with Ajit Varki.
