I do want Transgender for Everyone.

I want everyone to have full personal and bodily autonomy.

I want everyone to have the freedom to determine who they are for themselves and not have this dictated by other people.

Everyone is the expert on themselves. Self-determination is a fundamental right.

If they allow conversion therapy, we need to immediately turn around and relitigate every gender affirming care suit on grounds that it’s under the same free speech they’re protecting by allowing conversion therapy.

So SCOTUS apparently is going to say a state can ban care that is recommended by every major medical organization (gender-affirming care), but can't ban care that is condemned by every major medical organization (conversion therapy).

They're legally mandating/protecting medical malpractice.

I don't understand why I see things so differently. I see a health insurance industry that thinks it's entitled to charge people 1/3rd of their income for healthcare. That industry shouldn't be "fixed." It should be burned to the ground and its ashes pissed on.
