Which in the case includes a shared ROW. with how Amtrak's tracks are in the middle of paths are right of way, Even though technically on different tracks, there is essentially no separation. regardless, path is not temporally separated from the Northeast corridor

Because its pointless and it makes it seem like others are agreeing with you when they're not.

The difference is that there is a MUCH greater degree of separation between the tracks with the CTA and MBTA orange lines. If path were to make that separation, it would be far more than a simple fence due to track spacing regulations. The ROWs are also intertwined, unlike other systems

Path and Amtrak run at the same time lmao, they are not temporally separated

Ok so I checked and its specifically any agency regulated by the FTA that also isnt connected to the national rail network. Seemingly path has tried to change this, but hasn't had luck due to them running on the same ROW as the NEC.

Also, just wondering, why do you keep liking your own posts?

Link?

Path and the SIRR being regulated could hypothetically go to OPTO since dual licensing exists, but thats definitely in a grey area with the law

Asking to ask: why not also include US cities in this list? I can't think of any other Metro lines that officially have conductors

2018 was the last time actual candidates tried to challenge him in a primary (im not counting raymond because hes a joke) and he still got 65%+ of the vote. If he knew he wasn't going to actually run for re-election, or was even considering it, he shoulda been up front about that shit!
November 13, 2025 at 7:38 AM
Because the chances of defeating an incumbent in a primary when hes a good candidate is close to zero! Its one thing that he waited until *after* the deadline to nope out, its another that he made sure his chief of staff knows and is able to primary.

Seems like theres some fairly recent reviews but based on them I wouldn't be surprised if they're having issues

I mean the 14 has always been the 14, they just added the J, unlike the X49. The J14 is definitely an odd ball though, with an express section like the 146 but then having limited service down south
