I often see statistics on road fatalities reported as deaths per capita, and Italy doesn’t come off well. But if we express it as deaths per number of registered vehicles, the picture changes, and actually looks a bit better

Question for LLM experts (esp coding): We trained LLM on specific datasets at specific times. But as we rely more on LLMs, we contribute less to forums, GitHub, and other sources that once supplied training data. Could this eventually reduce training data quality and lead to worse-performing models?

I am quitting #RStudio because #Github #Copilot is simply useless compared to what it can achieve in #VSCode.

Wonder why the two implementations are so different…

Situazione curiosa in questo momento. Milano Verona Trento e Bolzano più calde di Brescia ed Emilia. A cosa è dovuto?

decoupler-py is the only way to go.
The R version, decoupleR, is so memory-inefficient that it crashes the laptop when the python one runs in 2 minutes

What looks great to me is the option to add pvalues with a single call that both perform the test and add the values

Humble opinion: there’s no such thing as a “standard bioinformatics analysis”.

Every experiment is different and unique, and so is every analysis.
