Pascals wager, "if hell exists, you should be Christian so you eliminate the chance of going to hell" assumes a binary.

Same with false info. "Here out THE other side" as if there are no other wrong answers? Infinite religions, infinite wrong answers. Not a lot you can prove true.
I'm learning that "both sides" talk is usually just a way to prop up one single form of false info to the platform of true info, without acknowledging all other unpopular false info.

You can't account for all of it, so be accountable to none of it.

It's like pascals wager but for information.

Rule for the internet: don't engage with people who clearly didn't even read your post. You don't even have to return to monkey for this one.

Is there a difference between someone who likes reading and someone who likes libraries?

I read sometimes sure but I might like free yoga at the library and renting games from the library more than I like reading.

Of course it's not mutually exclusive but I'm seeing a trend.

Reading a book, even if it's mostly pictures:
get a moderate understanding of like 5-10 concepts. No friends, you infodump anyways

Do both:

I see so many modern pixel art games with gorgeous sprites and art in general. Almost none of them put a CRT filter on any of the art. What a missed opportunity!
The seven deadly sins: wrath, envy, greed, lust, gluttony, pride, and publishing a pixel-art retro game with no option to set the full-screen scaling factor to an integer multiple of the canvas size.

Aw this is though, games shouldn't all need bleeding edge hardware requirements, but they're in Ukraine, let them make it cool and inaccessible for anyone's computer that has components older than 3 months
Really cool how every game that comes out anymore requires framegen and AI upscaling to run while also managing to not look any better than games that came out 5 years ago. www.pcgamer.com/hardware/sta...
Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl performance analysis—Everyone gets ray tracing but the entry fee is high
Upscaling is a must; even frame generation will be needed for many gaming PCs.

I have so much hate in my heart for "It Takes Two". It gained so much popularity for the story .... But the story is TRASH?? Everyone who I know who played it hates the story.

Catherine is the best "messy relationship" story game I've ever played. Vincent sucks and it's fun to watch.

I only play games I'm certain I'll like, and these kinds of games only appear to me once every 1-4 years, so this forces me into the retro gaming world?? I'm not playing Oddworld b.c. nostalgia I'm playing it because it's GOOD.

My latest is a deep dive into the NINTENDO DS 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
The Nintendo DS is 20 years old!

To celebrate, I put together a retrospective to analyse how Nintendo’s strategy led to the DS’ success, changed Nintendo as a company and whether or not it could work with Switch 2
