Interesting how rate limits in Claude Code (in particular) and OpenAI Codex (to a lesser extent) force me to alternate between them. If they'd never enforced them, I'd've stayed in one.

Come on Microsoft, every other video player in the whole wide world uses the *space bar* for play/pause. Who on earth thought that "Alt + K" would be a good choice?!

Likewise (in other apps) the refusal to accept that zooming is
done with the +/- keys.

Whoever decided that the power button on the Microsoft Surface should be a normal keyboard key, right next to the backspace key, should be taken out and... given a stiff talking to. "Ooo, I can squeeze it in there, it will look neat".

Not amazingly impressed by Gemini so far - offered help setting-up a Firebase demo project, but within a couple of minutes (and no direct input from me) the project was in a state where it threw errors which Gemini claimed it could fix, but repeatedly couldn't.

We've figured out why our Sierra Leone solar vid has so few views. YouTube shadow-banned it as political content. We only found out because, in desperation, we tried to promote it. Apparently saving babies' lives is political in the US today. We have appealed, but WTAF!
