hey, so much social media is about riling people into white-hot-rage for engagement; i understand how one could be blinded by it.

You have to put in the work for redemption. It is not as scary as you think it will be. But you *have* to talk to someone about it. Today.

Loved one, shrink, or ER-they all want to help you. You are not a burden.

Not everyone is going to give everyone room to redeem themselves. You will find people who will give you that space. And with therapy and time, you could forgive yourself.
Most people have a skeleton or two in the closet. If yours is this haunting, you should be talking to a professional about it.

I think it is never going to be bad enough for suicide to be the solution and I suspect you've survived much worse than this.
You might remember all of today's interactions for a long time, but they aren't going to hurt you for a long time.

Do you have a therapist rn? I know its hard to find/afford

we just have such easy access to lists.
put any chuds you're "keeping an eye on" on your chud list, and check that feed when you want to cause yourself psychological damage. you don't even have to follow them.
