That looks very similar to what we use for rugbrød. I don’t have one, but I can see they have some at my local kitchen-things-plus store

Insane that no one had even thought of the issue with the sun not shining after sunset before us Danes decided to switch over to solar and wind power. What are we going to do in 20 years time to when at least half of our energy comes from renewable sources??

We* bought a place on the coast to spend the weekends together while still having our separate apartments for the week days!
*It’s a shared project but my boyfriend is technically the sole owner because I have negative money and he’s a senior software developer.

I also swung by Riis Skov where I picked some wild garlic. I used them in a super simple pesto that tasted SO good with the almonds in my salad.
