Ideally, society would get rid of gender stereotypes. However, in practice, eroding stereotypes takes generations. Cultural change is like science in that it progresses one funeral at a time, to paraphrase Max Planck's autobiography.

As an approximation, one could define "femininity" as expression traits for which parents and teachers punish boys under 10 on grounds that they are reserved for girls. Then a "woman" is an adult human being who strives over the long term to be perceived by others as predominantly feminine.

Wikipedia has an article about "Standards of Care" published by WPATH. This clinical protocol, now in its eighth edition, reflects consensus among medical professionals about how to treat gender dysphoria.

The cat did its job: the mice are under control and not making a mess of the house. It reminds me of BillSpooks's character Sunny the Scarecrow, who protects the field not by repelling crows but by attracting them to her post.

My OC Sunny the Scarecrow! She tries her best to scare away all the crows that flock to her farm, but the trouble is she's just too gosh darn cute!

"City of Angels" makes me think of a settlement in California (western USA) called "El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Ángeles del Río Porciúncula" (The Town of Our Lady the Queen of the Angels on the Porciuncula River), now usually shortened to "L.A."

On some level, I feel disappointed that "Indians" was abandoned. It's not only a convenient portmanteau of "Indigenous Americans" but also a callback to "Inde", the name used by the Apache nation for themselves before Europeans meddled.

Turkiye 🇹🇷 having requested the change is indeed one factor. I thought of a couple others:
2. You can write "Turkiye" and keep pronouncing it "turkey" and it's still within what passes for rules in the English writing system.
3. There isn't a bird widely farmed for meat 🦃 called a "germany".
