I met Louis Sachar at a signing for his first adult book, The Magician of Tiger Castle. Louis Sachar is also the author of Holes. It was a delight to meet him, and hear him discuss his new book.

My LitJoyCrate edition of The Blonde Who Came In from the Cold by Ally Carter arrived today, and I'm beside myself with excitement. It's so cute. She looks amazing next to her sister book.

I just finished reading Lore of the Wilds by Analeigh Sbrana.

I'm glad to have the second part of this duology, Lore of the Tides, already!

I was able to borrow both books from my local library a few days ago.

My kids and husband are frequently talking about Pokémon, and I have no idea what they’re going on about.

I’m starting to think I need to become more Pokémon literate to communicate. Is there, like, a Pokemon book I can read?

The Dividing Sky by Jill Tew sang. It's a dystopian sci-fi adventure, but also had cozy vibe moments, somehow. If you want to read a great dystopian romance, this is it!

Beautiful special edition by Brave + Kind Books.

Today I finished reading Going Postal by Terry Pratchett. It was my first Terry Pratchett book.

Here's a quote.

My kids are out of school for Spring Break.

So far, I've finished reading Emily Wilde's Compendium of Lost Tales by Heather Fawcett and read all of The Geographer's Map to Romance (Love's Academic Book 2) by India Holton.

I might just grab whatever's on top of the stack to read next.
