Business majors and tech majors should be banned from leadership roles and replaced with creative and humanities majors.
They can still advise, but the profit first or fuck what this tech does approach to existence is a nightmare of shit.

Legislation to ban AI from creative fields, having control over how much people make or get paid, having any control over who gets hired or fired or interviewed, and… yeah. Maybe just ban that shit until ethical guidelines are in place in general.
