Completely agree. Much like the businesses that rely on paying below the minimum wage, or a myriad of other illegal practices/violations, don't have a viable business model, the AI sector doesn't have a viable business model because it relies on illegality.

simply ignored the form as a result as there was no charge registered in '91 (obvs). A plethora of paperwork is now with Lloyds but they say records are paper & it could take a while. Is this a thing an indemnity insurance policy might cover? Don't want to lose a buyer due to 30 yr old error..

Slightly odd situation selling dad's house (now we have probate). We have a signed original of the mortgage discharge form from 1993 but the charge remains at the Land Registry. On inspection, back in '93 Lloyds put the date of the original charge as Dec '91 not Dec '81. Assume Land Reg

From experience, when I was fat (130kg) I was lethargic, struggled to do my shoes up, my joints ached, and I was miserable most of the time. No amount of body positivity in the media changed that because those were "facts" to me. Sure you can be slim & unhealthy but harder to be obese & healthy IMHO

Yes, that's the general idea. Before it completely destroys the US economy preferably (which when it collapses it will come close to doing if things go the way they seem to be). Practically giving away shares in yourself to OpenAI to fund them purchasing your stuff is dumb & unsustainable.

I suppose it's difficult to know the quantum of university leavers back in the day and it seems to be pre available stats. I can only find stuff from 2014 onwards, which isn't exactly ancient history! I don't recall anyone I knew leaving but that's a piss poor sample
