After a broken leg, 7 weeks in a chair, 2 1/2 months of Physiotherapy with lots more physio to go, arthroscopic surgery and knee manipulation I finally got to do this today. Thanks to a good old boy Ono! Back in the saddle!

After 3 and a half weeks of physiotherapy on my healing broken tibial plateau I have gone from 70 degrees to 93 degrees flex with a goal of 120. It’s hard…painful and frustrating..but I am determined to get there! Gotta get back to bike and horse riding!

I'm brand new to Bluesky, still learning how it all works. I'm a fiber artist, usually working with upcycled fabric scraps. I've been stitching my feelings lately, and this is my latest embroidery project - Sunbonnet Sue, Days of Rage collection. It's inspired by the 1930's Sunbonnet Sue designs.
