Crazy thing about Kegseth's killing spree is that he's imposing the death penalty on them with no indictment, trial & conviction first. But if they WERE convicted in a U.S. court, they would NOT be sentenced with the death penalty. They'd get jail time but not be executed. So HOW is this okay?
