Virginia creeper (Parthenocissus quinquefolia) ❤️

The plant was used by various Native American tribes for medicinal purposes. The Navajo people used it in their Mountain Chant Ceremony, a healing ritual for individuals and the wider community.

Mossy rocks of a burial cairn built sometime during the late Bronze Age, abt 3000 years ago. People have removed stones over the years in the belief that there was gold here. But only charcoal ash and the remains of a burial urn can remain. 💚

This is the friendly and fearless Greylag Goose that came to say hi to me this summer.😊💚

They used to migrate to Spain three decades ago, but due to the warming climate most of them stay in Denmark or Germany even southern Sweden today.
