Iberia left my luggage in Madrid on a direct flight to LA . Returned it after 10 days and with a missing valuables in my luggage then refused to pay. Just so everyone know that they left it intentionally.

it’s already been more than a month since my luggage was left by Iberia in Madrid and after returning it after 10 days that I’ve discovered that they stole some valuables from my luggage and they have the audacity to refuse payment. They never even investigate .

They tried everything to persuade me from claiming my stolen stuffs. From asking me to get a police report here in La when it did not happen here. Still I went to lax police and been refused to issue a police report because the luggage was left in Madrid .

Because of the AirTag they finally sent back my luggage in Los Angeles after 10 days when in fact there’s a flight two days after. It’s disheartening that when I opened my luggage they took some important valuables . How could this airline do that to their passengers.

If not for my persistence telling them that my luggage has been sitting in the same terminal T2 where I checked in. They pretend they are looking for it even if I’ve been sending them the location because it has an AirTag .
