Iberia stole some of my belongings on a direct flight to Los Angeles from Madrid. Left my luggage, delayed for 10 days and declined to pay. Please help.

Yes they stole some important valuables

I’ve appeal again on the third time. Have to wait for 7 days again. I appealed this week and they said they will review after two days they still refused to pay.

Yes I blame them too but why there’s no investigation.
