See, to me, that makes it really simple. Anything you could do to exclude people who don't "need" accommodations is not worth it.

And every bit of data that exists backs that up. This is not a real problem but it creates much bigger problems.

It actually harms disabled people more (way way more!) To make accommodations more difficult to access based on the hypothetical idea of someone "faking it".

People obsessed with the idea that someone somewhere is getting something they don't deserve.

Even if that were true, and all the evidence suggests it is not, I don't fucking care.

It is not worth making the life of one person harder than it has to be.
