Hall of shame: Rachel Ray pet food brand Nutrish just went from a paper bag with a thin plastic liner, which could be separated for recycling, to a heavy duty, 100% plastic bag.

Target's new "Target Zero" section pretends to offer products with "packaging switched from plastic to paper, aluminum, steel or glass." Their list includes always-plastic Axe, and recent plastic convert Saltair (which used to be aluminum).
