Mario and his family are being punished for his reporting. This cruelty is meant to stifle our free press.

Of course. I’m not at all suggesting things aren’t bleak or we shouldn’t be outraged.

I’m more just referring to the people in the replies on Bluesky. They already believe all hope is lost and we don’t need to pour gasoline on that.

This is overly fatalistic and likely to scare people who don’t need any more reason to be scared.

There are avenues like the FTCA and lots of good lawyers across the country are working hard to make sure they don’t “get away with it entirely”

For wks, we’ve worked w/ his family to obtain Mario’s handwritten letter + the 2 drawings of his cell.

That’s fair, but these QTs are all from the last 20 min, all strongly suggesting the poster read the headline to mean they’ve stopped recommending the vaccine, period. It is a misleading headline, probably by design.

There’s enough going on to be legitimately outraged about, we don’t need misinfo.

RFKJr is the devil but I also think it’s v important for people on this site to know that they’re still recommending MMR and V, just separately.

Apparently this has been recommended by the CDC since 2009. One less thing causing you severe mental anguish is good, no? Trying to help
