Lover of all things romance. And doggos. And cheese. Not necessarily in that order, depending on the day. Latinx. She/her.

If the universe wanted to do me a solid right about now, how about a rom-com with Askars and Pedro? Pretty please? With zaddies on top?
Imagínate estar en Cannes y ver a Alexander Skarsgård y Pedro Pascal así. #Cannes2025. Yo me caigo del palco haciendo el maximo zoom in 🤣🤣🤣🤣 #Cannes2025 #CannesFilmFestival

I’m a longtime #BuffaloBills fan and I see loads of folks picking the Bills to win the SB. I should be thrilled but what I feel is anxious dread.

Yes, I lived through the 4 back to back losses, how could you tell?

I would caution people to stop relying on the Constitution as written to have any meaning other than what the people Trump put on the Supreme Court says it means.

"He can't do that" is not a useful response to the things he's going to do. The correct response is "Will the Court uphold that?"
Trump cannot abrogate birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment by way of executive order. That’s not how constitutional rights work.

My form of self care today is finishing a book binge that I started this week and is completely outside my usual comfort zone that would keep me distracted. It worked. Not recommended for romance tbh (even if it’s why choose), but I like the FmCs’ perseverance & humor. Books 1-3 best.

I think the thing that grinds my gears the most about the argument that “we were founded as a Christian nation” is that this topic was in fact endlessly debated and fought over during the founding and those who wanted a secular government fucking WON. This is not secret knowledge. They wrote it down

Who knew watching a woman, her dog and her boyfriend living in Svalbard would end up being one of my fave ways to destress? #ceciliablomdahl

Been reading duet by Millie Perez. Dominican siblings finding love in NYC, has good heat, heart and humor. Well the first is closed door, which isn’t quite my jam but still cute. Working those tropes I like. #romance #currentlyreading

Introduce yourself with:

One book 📚 — Sweet Dreams
One movie 🎥 — The Princess Bride
One album 💿 — Back to Black
One TV show 📺 — Buffy the Vampire Slayer

The amount of time it took to pick just one of each was truly painful.

Moved the Bluesky app to the spot on my phone where Twitter was and it’s already like reaching into my shirt pocket for a pack of smokes.

Folks, we are hunkering in.

To be clear, RFK shouldn't be nominated because he's going to kill us all with Oregon Trail diseases.

Really can't stress that enough.

I had given up on the bird app a while ago, but man how I miss chatting about books (that's not on the clock app). Here's hoping it continue to be active over here. :D

Feels right that my first #romancelandia #arc #bookreview on Bluesky is Shelly Laurenston, one of my very favorite authors. While the story’s romance is between Tock and Shay, this is absolutely a MacKilligan sisters overarching storyline and I’m not mad at that. Full review closer to release. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
