Me, taking a bathroom selfie with my cell phone in hand, and wearing a black T-shirt with Ghostface from SCREAM on it, and black sweatpants. (Because I would look like Winnie the Pooh if I just wore a T-shirt in this photo, and that would just be silly.)

These two films would make a really good double feature about how motherhood can be hell.

It takes a while to get used to the sight of Conan O'Brien as a therapist in IF I HAD LEGS I'D KICK YOU, but as good as he is at being hilarious?

He's just as good at channeling the stoic indifference that Rose Byrne gets from him, and how he does very little to help her when she needs it most.

Rose Byrne gives one of the best performances of her career in IF I HAD LEGS I'D KICK YOU, which is unbearably tense and darkly funny in how it twists the knife from beginning to end, as we see motherhood, work, marriage, and her own mental health unleash hell on her with seemingly no end in sight.

All right, IF I HAD LEGS I'D KICK YOU.

Let's see what you've got.

Also, btw, the crosswalk was originally paid for by Pride Houston and was in part a remembrance of a young man who was killed at this intersection crossing the street.

I am CERTAIN my neighborhood would be happy to front the cost of maintaining the crosswalk so no state/federal funds touch it.

An honest-to-god judge actually wrote "'Not Like Us' by Kendrick Lamar dealt the metaphorical killing blow" in a formal legal opinion.

No one has ever lost a beef this badly, and no one ever will.
