Meh. Russian Intelligence services means the GRU and KGB which has been running opps against the West since the end of WWII.
Really important to understand that "Russian intelligence services" is less about the Russian state (although it is involved) and more about the international organized crime organization that includes not only Russians but also US billionaires, Middle Eastern autocrats, the Israeli government, etc
