I really hope that when the Supreme Court rules, they determine that the notwithstanding clause doesn’t oust judicial review.
AB and SK are fighting it because they don’t want to show their fake ass evidence. They want to attack their citizens with no recourse, no review.

Part of it is because the government *knows* it’s going to cause harm & they’re saying “we’re discarding you, we don’t care. Fuck you”.
Another is the bad faith. They used the notwithstanding clause so they don’t want to have to make their case in front of a court, b/c it’s built on lies.
