I hear you. However, I am an academic, and they locked me into several things that would be too painful to drop outright.

Have been reading on training the feed, and that takes some of the functionality away, bordering on making it outright unacceptable.

Hoping they see the error of their ways.🤞

The thing about the Tesla is that it gets better with every software update. When I bought it, the self-driving would have put me in a ditch. Now, it even avoids potholes. Now, it is even overly cautious. Looking at the screen 5 seconds longer than you should, it beeps at you... annoying! But safer.

I do not disagree with you, because I do believe you have a valid point. However, I think there is a mix of both. The narcissist wants his name everywhere, but as far as him caring about anything, I do not perceive that he cares about much. If it does not hurt him directly, he does not care at all.

My only negative experience with the car is that they used the environmentally sound wiring (soybean or some such), and our rural area has lots of field rats... and they love to eat it. Every night I set a rat trap, and almost every night I catch one.

Expensive repairs.

Paul, I love you, buddy, but I bought my Tesla BEFORE Musk showed his true colors.

He didn't design Tesla; he didn't create it. The car is awesome! Musk is not. I would have second thoughts today, but I do not credit the car with him at all... he was JUST money.

MAGA folk are awesome for Trump, because they believe whatever he tells them.

MAGA wants the Epstein Files released because they know the release will hurt sleazy people.

MAGA doesn't believe Trump is in the files.

Trump knows if MAGA finds out he IS in there, his support will vanish!

Can you honestly say that adding a reporter to a Signal-chat, where he could be privy to attack plans, was NOT a distraction?

Personally, I want to think them all as imbeciles, because that is what they demonstrate, but doesn't it seem like pretty effective distractions??? Absolutely!
