Sweet Briar College, where I was so excited to meet with the amazing students, faculty, and staff who organized my visit & made Mobility their Common Read. Hours before my flight I learned about their Board's exclusion of trans & nonbinary people. So now I'm not going.

OTD in 1969, student protestors staged a sit-in inside Notre Dame's Admin Building (aka the Golden Dome) w the intent of disrupting recruitiment meetings by the CIA & Dow Chem. Pres. Fr. Hesburgh's "15 min rule" was enacted for the first time resulting in the expulsion of 10.
