My apple pie is sick and it's because I don't use too much sugar, I sub vodka for most of the ice water in the crust, and I put corn or potato starch in the filling so it doesn't ooze. Not to be intimidating but it once won third place in a pie competition and there were at least ten pies in there

I am absolutely seeing this in real time. I get at least 3 emails a day from people I know and people I don't asking me if I have leads on work. I usually have to say I do not. The job market is NOT GOOD right now at all.

OU Prof Joshua Landis says "he has been wrongfully detained because he has a valid H-1B visa."

Amani has been trying to support her five boys all by herself since her husband was killed but she needs help and a friend helped her make this fundraiser
Amani has many unique photos, is friends with Eman whom I’ve shared before and sent me a video with Eman to verify her identity (she unfortunately lost her identification papers when her house was bombed)

Amani has a new fundraiser because she is really struggling to raise her boys on her own

"While other universities report that the humanities are shrinking, at Berkeley, the opposite is true. The music major is the fastest-growing major on campus. We are finding bigger classrooms because film is exploding. English is back to the numbers we saw 15 years ago. We are hiring" bit.ly/4ohKuOe

DOGE was created for data theft and infrastructure dismantling and it wildly succeeded on both counts within the first few weeks of its existence. It will take a generation to rebuild what it destroyed and the breach of data is unprecedented.
Bye bye, “DOGE”.

It no longer exists as a “centralized entity”, according to the Office of Personnel Management.

Since February, according to my latest analysis, almost 600,000 Black women have been economically sidelined. The November 20, 2025, Jobs Report makes clear this isn’t a blip. It’s a structural crisis. That is not a recovery. It is a redistribution of opportunity.

DM me if you don't feel like sharing it in public, but do we have a complete list of the local Portland right-wing info sphere?

Like, not just random people but at least those who claim to be reporting/informing people of things?

Because mentally I feel I miss some just from my limited vantage

I eat up there all of the time because that’s when we get to eat. Where’s my harassment video? It’s not leftist praxis to single out and harass women of color for eating, or for trying to use what levers of power we have to throw sand in the gears of fascism.

something i'll note is that if nuzzi ran catch-and-kill ops for rfk jr and lizza knew this prior to him being appointed as HHS, and instead of telling anyone, he decided to save it for his substack long after rfk jr had made communicable disease into federal policy, that's completely fucked
