Actually…yeah. Joss Whedon does deserve some blame.

Love the game all you want. No need to justify yourself. But, let’s not pretend that they qualify for best indie.

My friend texted me the Fate of the Old Republic trailer in hysterics and all I wanted to text back was “we ain’t seeing anything else from that game in 3-5 years” but to avoid souring her hype I just said “Oh. Neat.”

Anything by Disney/Filoni feels shoehorned in.

Great take. Disney Star Wars just isn’t for me. Couldn’t get behind Dave Filoni either. If I’m craving any media on the Clone Wars it’ll always be Genndy Tartakovsky’s run. Was the perfect bridge between episodes 2 and 3 without that nonsense of Ahsoka and Darth Maul surviving Phantom Menace.

I could go on and on about how terrible Disney is at story telling but for the ST, one of the things that felt the most jarring is the trilogy didn’t feel like any one film was in line with another. Each film was made as its own thing as opposed to a single story flowing through a trilogy.

Which is a WILD concept for too many.

Just started yet another playthrough a few nights ago. Found the manual for the pc copy on eBay. Contains a lot of lore. After replaying it for years I was blown away exploring the zones in World of Warcraft.

The kids are not alright.
