We decided to try an online recipe for gochujang spam rice balls and I'm not sure about the form (they do NOT like staying intact if you pick them up and we might do this as a bowl in future) but gosh if the flavors weren't on point

I was gifted a package of Buldak carbonara noodles and oof that's yummy- the smoothness of the cheese sauce with the heat of the Buldak sauce is a really nice combination.

A year ago I was stuck alone overnight in the Atlanta airport- here I am on the plane learning that my connection left the airport an hour before we arrived. Tonight I am warm and with my sweetie's family and that's a much better way to spend a December 27th.
(I do think I look cool here, though)
