🟠the prequels are honestly a fascinating document, the way it's somehow nothing people think they are? like how absent Palpatine actually is from most of the run time and how each film is a reaction to the last, like Clones is a soft reboot with that massive time jump

🌹this comes through a lot in Attack of the Clones too especially in the scene where Dooku blows the whole plot wide open, like how Dooku comes off almost like Quigon's brother and is clearly reeling from his absence, to the point Quigon's death may have been what pushed Dooku rogue?
