The world’s leading genocide scholars’ association has passed a resolution saying that the legal criteria have been met to establish Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, its president says.

The Pacific Palisades fire has thus far burnt 2.9k+ acres. It has burnt a lot of structures and jumped the PCH going into Malibu. It also pushed into Santa Monica. The Getty has stated that only vegetation has burned and that the galleries are double walled.

The severity of the Palisades fire can be seen in the second photo. The first is its position relative to downtown LA. Its about 12 miles (20 km) out of city center. Pacific Palisades looks like it may become engulfed completely. Hopefully, it stops between the hills and ocean before Santa Monica.
