Trying to cut funds to ANY teen pregnancy prevention program b/c of "ideological content" the current admin doesn't like is shameful, hurting teens more than learning about DEI ever could.

W/ this verdict, Planned Parenthoods can keep educating teens about making healthy decisions for their future.

A U.S. judge blocked the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Tuesday from enforcing a policy that would have required Planned Parenthood and other recipients of federal grants for teen pregnancy prevention to revise their programs to comply with President Donald Trump’s executive orders on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and transgender issues.

While this threat is real, MD's lucky to have shielding laws 🛡️: laws that shield patients & providers from out-of-state warrants for legal care.
