“What does the AI bubble bursting look like” is basically analogous to “what does the COVID bubble bursting look like”. Broad indices down 25%-ish, Mag7 names down 40-70% depending on how fast they walk away from cape plans, pure play names down 60-80%, GDP flatlines for a quarter or two.

She left to co-chair a losing gubernatorial campaign in Minnesota, and now she’s one of thousands of middling conservative influencers trying to stand out. A recent episode of her podcast, titled “What Is Free Speech Exactly? Can I Say That?,” has 245 views on YouTube as of this writing. If you don’t have a natural skill for getting conservative voters or podcast listeners excited, this is a dangerous transition to make.

(Bloomberg) -- An asset manager controlled by a unit of Jefferies Financial Group Inc. sank nearly a quarter of its $3 billion trade finance portfolio into receivables tied to auto parts supplier First
Brands Group Inc.
Jefferies said most of its own exposure to the now-bankrupt company came through Point Bonita Capital, a division of the firm's Leucadia Asset Management that manages trade-finance assets on behalf of third-party investors.
Leucadia has a $113 million equity stake in that fund, according to a statement.
Jefferies also has a 50% stake in Apex Credit Partners, which held about $48 million of loans to First Brands through collateralized loan obligations.
Point Bonita's portfolio has about $715 million invested in receivables due by First Brands' customers including Walmart Inc. and AutoZone Inc., with the auto-parts supplier responsible for directing payments to Point Bonita, Jefferies said.
Problems with the receivables emerged on Sept.
15 as the company stopped making these payments.

Wow:

Matt Gaetz says politicians at an AIPAC reception had to wear QR codes around their necks and go around and introduce themselves to potential donors. AIPAC members would scan the QR code to donate if they liked them.

If true, AIPAC is literally buying US politicians like groceries at a store.
