I was telling my therapist about feeling so helpless lately and she said "even if you can't change the specific events happening right now, you being here is adding to the light in the world. That makes a difference."

I’m not sure why this has never been done, but I think anybody running for president should have to 1. Pass a mental acuity test. 2. Pass a real physical. 3. Be signed off by a psychiatrist. And 4. Pass a freaking civics test.!!!!! #Commonsense

I agree, wholeheartedly. He was definitely underrated and got so much done that people don’t give them credit for. 20 years from now people will look back and see how incredible he was. I also wish President Biden to have the best possible care to beat this ugly disease that my dad died from at 66.

This is what keeps me up at night. I feel the need to have my passport updated so that I can carry it with me. Incredibly frightening.

I saw my first protest yesterday at a Tesla dealer a mile away from my home. It was a relief to see, but I can’t help but wonder why there are not more. Why are people putting up with us crap?

Last night I had an epic panic attack. I know many of you know the feeling of an elephant sitting on your chest.
I have to monitor how much news I watch because I get so angry, sad & scared. Often I have to turn it off. It wouldn’t be so bad if nightmare would end soon, but it’s just beginning.

Anyone else out there think the Trump administration should cover our Therapist fees for PTSD? It’s costing me a fortune.
