The hemp ban does not just affect crappy gas station THC products. It also bans regulated & tested hemp THC products, as well as all full spectrum CBD.

The House is voting on the hemp ban today or tonight.
Please call your rep and ask them to support Thomas Massie’s amendment to HR 5371, which would remove the hemp language from the bill. The bill would ban all full-spectrum CBD.

This is wrong. The legislation bans all products containing >0.4mg (not percentage) per container.

Texas is on the verge of banning almost all CBD, THC, and hemp products in the state. If Governor Abbott signs SB3, you will need a medical marijuana card to legally buy full spectrum CBD products - or risk up to a year in jail for possessing them.

I recently saw an herb book on Amazon (The Illustrated Forager's Harvest Guide) which is clearly AI-generated.
It has numerous errors, but the worst:
An image of what could be POISON HEMLOCK is identified as yarrow. This error could easily kill someone.
So much herbal misinformation online!
